PA Police Academy
The Police Academy (and the joint research group Technologies for Criminal Investigations of Saxion) will be mainly involved in the development of the techniques (based on end-user requirements) and responsible for the testing of the developed devices in the field, meaning with end-users and in the actual operational circumstances. They also have experience with microfluidic devices.
Through education, research and knowledge de Police Academy makes sure of the strengthening and renewing of police professionalism. Another important task is to conduct applied social scientific research to strengthen the police profession, organization and education. The Police Academy plays also a role as a knowledge and information hub.
